Free Masterclass: Design Unforgettable Learning

How do you design a learning experience that truly
sticks? On May 15, during aNewSpring’s next Love to
Learn Experience, you’ll get a peek inside the mind of
someone who’s made that his mission: Niels Floor,
creator of the Learning Experience Design (LXD)
concept.
In this online session, Niels will show you how to
approach learning like a designer — focusing not just on
the content, but on the learner’s experience. No rigid
models or one-size-fits-all templates, but a practical
and creative way to make learning more effective and
more engaging.
You’ll discover how basic design principles can change
the way people learn, and how to apply them in your
own work — no design background needed. Whether
you're a trainer, instructional designer or simply
passionate about helping others grow, this session will
offer fresh ideas and useful tools to rethink your
approach.
The session is in English and takes place online, so you
can join from wherever you are. There’ll also be plenty of
opportunities to ask questions and exchange ideas with
other learning professionals.
Because while learning doesn’t always have to be fun… a
little more love never hurts.
